With a heart for public welfare and actions that bring warmth, HuZ School has long been committed to organizing a wide range of meaningful community service activities. Each year, many students actively participate, cultivating strong values and personal growth through real-world engagement.
To recognize our students’ outstanding academic achievements and encourage their continued progress, Hübschmann·Zhan School held a formal award ceremony on April 24. The ceremony celebrated accomplishments in three key programs: A-Level Examinations, ÖSD German Language Certificates, and the American Mathematics Competitions (AMC). Teachers and students came together to take part in this meaningful event, share in the happiness of growth, and celebrate every effort and act of perseverance.
At Hübschmann-Zhan School, we learn together and grow together. As part of our commitment to integrating green education into real-world learning, students from Grades 5 to 12 took part in a hands-on harvesting activity on April 14. Stepping beyond the classroom, they picked strawberries, explored organic vegetables, experienced the gifts of nature, and discovered the joy of hard work and harvest.
On April 3rd, students at HuZ School experienced the charm of Easter through a rich multicultural activity, discovering the traditions and beauty of the holiday.
On March 26, students from HuZ School stepped out of the classroom to connect with the history of Shenyang.
Using language as a bridge, classic poems take on new life through multilingual performance.
Safety is no small matter—learning essential skills can be enjoyable too!
On March 12th, Tree Planting Day at the Hübschmann·Zhan School was more than just an embrace of nature. It became a shared journey of growth that transcended cultures and nurtured friendship. It allowed students to grasp the meaning of responsibility and symbiosis through their own labor, sowing seeds of hope and warmth.
At HuZ School, the beginning of March is never simply about “returning to school.” It is a joyful convergence of the vibrant start of a new semester and the warmth of the Lantern Festival. The entire campus is wrapped in an atmosphere of warmth and celebration.
As the cold wind grows sharper and temperatures continue to drop, many of us wrap ourselves in warm clothes and enjoy the comfort of being indoors. Meanwhile, stray cats hidden in the corners of the city are enduring the harshest trials of winter. Curled up against the cold and struggling to find food, they long for even a small trace of warmth.
As winter deepens and snowflakes bring delight, winter at HuZ School is never merely about cold winds and stillness. Instead, it is a perfect opportunity to break down barriers, foster interaction, and explore the world together. We firmly believe that learning extends far beyond the classroom—every experience in nature and daily life is precious nourishment for growth.
Hübschmann·Zhan School successfully hosted its German debate competition, designed to hone students’ German language proficiency and foster critical thinking skills. After intense semifinal and final rounds, the event concluded on a high note, with every participant experiencing valuable growth through the clash of ideas.
