On June 12, Hübschmann·Zhan School successfully held its 8th Annual Charity Run. Participation was entirely voluntary, with students, teachers, and parents enthusiastically signing up and raising funds on their own initiative. Despite the summer heat, everyone remained committed to the cause, filling the campus with warmth, compassion, and a strong spirit of giving.
A special exhibition featuring photographs from previous charity events was displayed throughout the venue. The collection captured memorable moments from years of community service, including students and teachers supporting those in need, the delivery of donated supplies, and heartfelt expressions of gratitude from beneficiaries. These powerful images reflected the school's long-standing commitment to philanthropy and further inspired participants to contribute to meaningful causes.
One of the most heartwarming parts of the event was the charity bazaar. Students brought books, toys, handmade crafts, and other treasured items to sell. Through friendly interactions and independent trading, students not only enjoyed the experience but also strengthened their friendships. All proceeds from the bazaar were donated to the charity fund, giving students a valuable opportunity to experience the meaning of generosity, responsibility, and service.
The event concluded with a charity concert featuring performances by the school band and choir. Their inspiring music created a powerful atmosphere of unity and compassion, bringing the day's activities to a memorable climax. Through the universal language of music, kindness resonated throughout the campus and encouraged everyone to continue supporting charitable causes.
A total of RMB 15,885.13 was raised through this year's Charity Run and related activities. In the coming weeks, the school will conduct field visits to identify individuals and families in urgent need of assistance and develop tailored support plans. The allocation and use of all donated funds, as well as the progress of assistance efforts, will be publicly shared to ensure transparency.
For eight consecutive years, the Charity Run has carried forward the school's commitment to compassion and social responsibility. Looking ahead,Hübschmann·Zhan School will continue to expand its charitable initiatives and use the Charity Run as a signature program to cultivate empathy, kindness, and civic responsibility among students. Together, we will keep the spirit of giving alive and ensure that every act of kindness continues to make a difference.
