As the morning light brightened the campus, our principals—dressed in adorable cartoon costumes—stood at the school gate, warmly welcoming every student. With cheerful smiles, they greeted each child stepping into the school: “Happy Halloween! Today, you are your most special self.” This heartwarming moment has become the most anticipated opening scene on campus every October 31st.
Unlocking the Halloween “Magic Gear”
On this special day, there were no boundaries between “teachers” and “students”—only friends enjoying laughter and the joy of self-expression together. Every corner of the campus transformed into a playground of “trick-or-treat” adventures. Children sat together, painting funny ghost faces, decorating Halloween lantern jars, and crafting their own magical brooms. One by one, these imaginative creations came to life through teamwork and creativity, while friendships deepened through collaboration.
Trick-or-Treat Challenges Full of Fun
The school park turned into a lively Halloween wonderland as the exciting Trick-or-Treat Challenge began! At the photo area, children struck spooky and silly poses, capturing moments of pure joy. In the fishing game, they competed with enthusiasm and pride. Meanwhile, fun bowling and giant dice games drew long lines of eager participants—laughter echoed as everyone played, ran, and won their sweet Halloween treats.
Halloween Joy Beyond Borders
From crafts that blended Chinese and German traditions, to bilingual trick-or-treat interactions, and moments of teamwork born naturally through play—this celebration brought together children from different cultural backgrounds in an atmosphere of joy, understanding, and friendship.
Though Halloween festivities have come to an end, the warmth and inclusiveness they inspired continue to shine across the campus. We look forward to the next cultural celebration, where our students will keep growing happily in the spirit of diversity and connection!
