To stimulate students' passion for learning German and to unlock their boundless potential, the highly anticipated German Reading Contest for non-native speakers was once again held at Hübschmann·Zhan School, igniting an enthusiastic atmosphere on campus!
The German Reading Contest is an excellent opportunity for students to showcase their achievements in learning German. Their strong proficiency in the language became a highlight of the event.
The well-prepared contestants were confident and eager to demonstrate their prowess in the German language on stage. Their precise pronunciation and skillful intonation brought each German article to life. With the guidance and support of their German teachers, the students read with clear voices and perfect pacing, showcasing not only their linguistic abilities but also their deep understanding of the texts.
The reading contest was judged by a panel of German teachers and experts based on six criteria: fluency, accuracy, pronunciation, intonation, emotion, and stage presence. After all the contestants had finished their readings, the four judges rigorously discussed and scored the performances, awarding certificates of honor to the winners. In addition to the certificate, the first-place winner received the floating trophy of the German Reading Contest, which will inspire future generations of students with a passion for language learning.
We hope this contest will bring even more students together in the future to celebrate language and share the joy of German reading. We are already looking forward to next year's contestants and their remarkable progress!
