Ensuring the safety of children is a top priority for both schools and parents. Our students should learn how to respect and cherish life in all its forms. That is why, in addition to teaching them some common safety knowledge, we also provide them with appropriate first aid training. This way, they can acquire the skills and confidence to save lives in case of emergencies.
At Hübschmann·Zhan School, we believe in the importance of first aid knowledge for our students. That’s why we offer different levels of first aid training according to the age and ability of our students. On January 10, 2024, we took another group of students to the Liaoning Red Cross First Aid Training Center, where they learned how to help themselves and others in case of injuries. This training not only helps our students to be more aware of their own safety, but also increases the chances of survival for the injured in emergency situations.
We learned vital first aid skills from the Red Cross trainers during the training. They showed us how to exercise, perform CPR, clear blocked airways, give artificial respiration, and use AED. They explained and demonstrated each step carefully and guided us through hands-on practice.
The training center was filled with a spirit of learning. Students diligently learned and practiced first aid skills, and asked the trainers questions whenever they had doubts. This unique experience enabled students to discover a new area of knowledge, and also gave them a great sense of accomplishment for mastering different first aid skills and procedures.
Teaching our students about life is a vital and essential part of our education. We aim to offer different kinds of first aid training to more students and share our compassion and kindness. We hope that in the future, everyone will be able to give and
