June 24th, the conference for the encounter school project, “Chinese-German Encounter · Start of a New Chapter of Diverse Education in Shenyang” was held by the Hübschmann·Zhan Education Group.
Xinwei Wang, Mayor of Shenyang visited our school’s new campus before the press conference and was then represented by Songlin Li, member of the Municipal standing committee and vice mayor; Mr. Biermann, Consul General of the German Consulate General in Shenyang; Xiaozhong Guo, Head of Tiexi District, Director of the Management Committee of the Sino-German Park in the Economic Development Zone; Dr. Wieland, President and CEO of BBA; Lawrence Hübschmann, CEO of Hübschmann ·Zhan Education Group; Yiming Zhan, chairman of the Hübschmann·Zhan Education Group; Yuqiong Cui, chairman of Hübschmann·Zhan Foreign Children School; Tong Lin, Vanke's main partner in northeast China and general manager of Shenyang Vanke; Mr. Block, regional manager of the German Chamber of Commerce North China , etc. attended this press conference. Dr. Merkle, Chief Representative of the Bavarian representative office in China, gave a speech by video and was represented on site by Liu Yu, State of Bavaria-China Office Representative North and East China.

Chinese and foreign guests visited the new school grounds of our school under construction, which is located on the Vanke Sino-German International community. The building area of the new campus is 9,000 square meters. When it is finished, it will be able to hold 24 classes.

Events related to exchange students are also held so that German and Chinese students can get to know each other's cultures. After a successful recognition process, the Hübschmann·Zhan Foreign Children School will officially become one of 141 German recognized Foreign Schools in 56 Nations worldwide.
