In our last article about the animal shelter, we reported on the handover of donations from the students and some teachers in cooperation with the logistics department of our school. Many of us remember this day with a bright blue sky and excited animals and children. In the past few days the employees of the animal shelter have sent us some videos of the happy animals, which we really want to share here.
We are very happy to see that the animals are happily wagging around the food we have brought and protecting themselves from the cold in the dog houses we have built together. The animals survived the cold winter well and are all healthy. The staff told us that the shelter would be renovated and equipped with better ventilation and our donated heating systems. We can't wait to help!
The donation box is now available again at the school. If you want to support the animals in any way, please fill the donation box with donations in kind or contact the project manager Elena directly.
The animals in the shelter really need us and therefore we will continue to support them in the future as far as we can. The positive feedback from the animal shelter is a great motivation to plan the next "HuZ cares" projects. We'll keep you up to date.
